Leandro Carbone is a seasoned energy executive with over 30 years of experience leading oil and gas projects across Latin America and beyond. He began his career as a field engineer at TOTAL, where he spent a decade working in Europe, the North Sea, and Latin America.

Throughout his career, Mr. Carbone has held executive roles in both private and publicly traded companies, consistently driving growth and operational excellence. In recent years, he has served as Executive Director for various oil and gas ventures in Latin America, playing a key role in major discoveries and strategic transactions in Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, and Colombia.

Mr. Carbone holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and brings to Integra Capital a deep understanding of the region’s energy landscape, coupled with hands-on technical expertise and leadership at the highest levels.
