Oslo, 15 January 2015: This is a reminder that Interoil will be holding an investor call primarily for Interoil shareholders at 14:00 (CET) today to present the restructuring proposal, which was announced on 23 December 2014, and which has been presented for approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 20 January 2015.
