In connection with today's extraordinary shareholders meeting in Interoil Exploration and Production ASA ("Company") Riccardo Reggio and Per Lønn have received proxies to vote on behalf of shares that trigger a notification requirement in accordance with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 4-3.
Riccardo Reggio, on 26 February 2013, received a proxy from Rakila Properties Ltd to represent 11 007 816 shares, representing a total of 26% of the outstanding shares in the Company. The proxy is only valid in today's shareholder meeting.
Per Lønn, on 3 March 2013, received a proxy, only valid in today's shareholder meeting, from:
- Bradley Louis Radoff to represent 1 941 460 shares, representing a total of 4 % of the outstanding shares in the Company.
- Radoff Family Foundation to represent 100 000 shares, representing a total of 0,2% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
- Perry Radoff to represent 484 901 shares, representing a total of 1% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
Per Lønn also represents Vestra Hamnen Fondkommission, which owns a total of 3 000 000 shares, representing a total of 6,3% of the outstanding shares in the Company. In total Per Lønn therefore represents 11,5% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
