The board of IOX resolved today to call for an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of Interoil Exploration and Production ASA. The meeting will be held at Radisson Blu Park Hotel, Fornebuveien 80, 1366 Lysaker, Bærum on 5 March at 12:30.
Prior to the meeting the management of IOX will hold a company presentation. The presentation will start at 12:00.
