InterOil signs Service Agreement for Toqui-Toqui and Puli-B fields in Colombia

InterOil has entered into a Service Agreement with Ecopetrol to operate the Toqui-Toqui and the Puli-B Fields in Colombia on behalf of Ecopetrol. Both Fields expired February 29, 2012 and was returned back to Ecopetrol from InterOil. InterOil will be paid by the bbl produced from the fields, presently 970 BOPD. The value of the contract for InterOil Colombia is approximately USD 4 million pr year.
