Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 23 December 2014, where Interoil announced a comprehensive restructuring proposal. Interoil hereby summons to an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held 20 January 13:00 (CET) at Ingeniørenes Hus, Kronprinsens gate 17. As further described in the attached summons, Interoil's shareholders will be asked to approve the restructuring proposal, including a private placement directed towards Andes Energia plc.
